CB1100 long-term build completed!

CB1100 long-term build recently completed.

The bike came to us with the chassis parts already fitted, for us to rebuild the engine and finish the rest of the build. We stripped and rebuilt the engine with Wossner pistons, flowed cylinder head, Nova gearbox, Barnett clutch and everything was refinished with satin black cerakote. Whilst the engine was out, the rest of the bike was stripped and the frame was powdercoated whilst the customer had the bodywork repainted. The bike was then reassembled and we fitted Yoshimura MJN flatslides with matching Yoshimura quick action throttle and grips, Dyna 2000 ignition which was wired into the standard connectors on the loom, Dyna coils, Taylor leads, NGK plugs, K&N vent filter, Setrab oil cooler which we modified the mounting brackets and had them reanodised, and then made up some bespoke Goodridge hoses to suit. It was finished off with some Yoshimura indicators and a fresh pair of Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 Corsa tyres with a 200/55 rear to give it a bit of extra ride height. It was then run in and setup on the Dyno, giving it a healthy 130hp.
