Massive congratulations to Robert and Emily on their achievements at the 80th Goodwood Members Meeting!
It's been a very busy weekend for Robert and Emily, with Robert racing the Smith Honda CR-S 750 at the 80th Goodwood Members Meeting!
With the two bike races over the weekend at the MM being a mixture of TZs in the Hailwood Trophy and 750s in the Sheene Trophy it makes for some very interesting and exciting racing, with the overall results for both of the Trophies being taken from the combined race time over the two races.
With Robert having pretty much not raced since the Members Meeting last year, he was on the pace straight away for qualifying, putting him 5th on the grid, with the top 5 within half a second of each other! Robert was on pace with the other 750s all weekend even after having a big back end slide in Saturday's race and having been pushed out wide part way through Sunday's race, losing him time and places, leading to a 4th in class in both races!
We are very pleased and proud that Robert finished the weekend with an 8th overall and a 4th in the Sheene Trophy for the 750 class!!
