ZRX1200 Special Build Completed!
ZRX1200 build that we have recently completed for a customer.
We started by powdercoating the swingarm, fork bottoms, engine covers, yokes, hangers etc.
The fork bottoms were modified to remove compression adjusters, then fitted with Nitron TVT cartridges and Ti Nitrided fork stanchions. We fitted Dymag UP7X wheels, Hel billet calipers front and rear with custom Goodridge hoses, Brembo discs, ASV levers, EBC pads, Valter Moto mirrors, Rizoma indicators, GSG crash protectors, Active tailtidy, Valter Moto stand supports and Nitron R3 3 way race shocks.
The engine was then treated to a full valve clearance service, an alternator chain tensioner kit, Oberon clutch slave cylinder, Samco hoses, custom oil feed hose and the pair system was removed. We then fitted Black Widow headers, a custom exhaust link pipe and Yoshimura exhaust. We modified the airbox and jetted it to suit his Pipercross filter.
Finally, the bike was finished off with a large quantity of stainless Pro-Bolts that had been fitted throughout to compliment the look.
